Extreme sports such as bungee jumping, skiing, and scuba diving are exciting sports that have their own fans while some people are against doing such sports. I individually support adventures sports as they involve having new experiences and excitement and anyone should be free to do any activity he is interested in. People by considering safety issues can go for such activities and enjoy it.
Based on people characteristics, each enjoys different types of sports and activities. While some enjoy playing chess or go jogging, for some people such activities are so boring and not attractive at all. Therefore, people have the right to do the types of sport that they are interested in and we can’t enforce or limit them to do specific types of sports. Therefore while some people enjoy extreme sports that may be dangerous, they have chosen these activities as they enjoy doing it. On the other hand, adventurous sports are son beneficial for body and soul. They make our body stronger and make us healthier and they are also a cure for mental problems such as depressions.
Although people are free to choose extreme sports, they should pay attention to reduce the risks and dangers of such activities. There are many workshops and training courses for skiing, mountain climbing, scuba diving and etc., in addition, people should have regular health checkups to be sure of their health when going for adventurous sports.
