what am i thankful about ...

today although I started the day with a very low level of energy... I decided to change it by mentioning what am I thankful for it today:
1- I am thankful for being healthy... I am free of a backache, I can walk without pain, I am so much thankful for it
2- I am thankful for the health of all my family members, my husband, my son, my parents, my brother... I am so much thankful my dear god
3- I have a cute baby boy, my heart is full of his love... I am the happiest person in the world by having a nice son like him...
4- although there are many worries, many fears, many uncertainties,,,, but I am hopeful, I am hopeful for having the opportunity for having a better life... I am thankful for having the hope in my heart...it is so valuable...
5- I am thankful of having a kind a good man in my life...who is my husband...although he has some weakness...but I am a happy woman as he is trying hard to improve himself...he is a good husband and father for his family
6- I am thankful of having a supportive family, specially my mom

i should be strong

it was one year ago, August 2017, when we decided to apply for Australia permanent visa, during the last year we spend hard time full of disappointment, change of mind, illness and so many other negative things.

now I am at the point that is in the middle of the way, most likely I will get my visa in the next 6 months.

my heart is full of worries and confusion. and no happiness at all. how to find job, how to settle down, how to learn and do so many new things in the new country, how to leave my hometown and country, how to start my life from the beginning with only to suitcase as the result of last 35 years, how to say goodbye to my family, and specially my bother, what will happen to my little son, who will be just 2.5 years old, and loneliness and loneliness and loneliness......

yes, I am so alone, I have been alone during all this year process and there is no help and assurance to make me confident and calm.

my husband is here, but not such a help, not only there is no help from him, but also I should even worry about him, how to get 4.5 in IELTS, how to fill the form for the job application...

anyway, that is it, there is no use in wishing someone else or to be in the situation in a different way...

..... I will cope with it...... I should be strong... I repeat this sentence every day to my self

Today I want to write about leili the woman who I follow her page in Instagram, she has had an interesting experiences in her life, she moved to New Zealand with her family when she was 12 years old,she got her bachelor degree in electrical field there and got married with one of his classmates when she was only 19 years old. She left New Zealand to study and live in the United States after 8 years of living in New Zealand. She mentioned some significant, interesting issues about her life which I will summarize in the following:

-          His husband and she had many financial difficulties, and they even dis cooking food and cookies to gain the necessary money needed to be paid as university fee.

-          Leili had the experience of working in a software company, in which he had a very bad time.

-          She has changed her job more than 3 times during the last 10 years.

-          As a positive point, she used to do exercise even when she was pregnant

-          Although she was a busy mom, she used to go to a Yoga class.

-          She has a characteristic that needs goal and motivation in life to feel happy, money isn't such a thing that makes her happy.

-          She mentioned, she is such a person who likes to experience everything herself and not doing what others think it is right.

the other point that it was clear fromhis speech as about reding, for growing children, for going for job interview and for many other issues in her life, she read boks.

 

-          At the end she had a motivating quote” “never be afraid of committing wrong thing or fail, any defeat should give you some lessons to learn”.

Many human inventions have changed our life deeply, one of them that I think has created a lot of change in our daily life is the mobile phone. It is not just a communication tool these days, it is a small digitalized calendar, clock, game center and notebook for most of the people. although it may have some inappropriate usages. the benefits completely outweigh.
The mobile phone as a communication tool has changed our life a lot. A few years ago we were limited to call our family and friends with fixed telephone lines. There was just voice and when we where out of house or city, we could not contact anyone, even for emergency situations. Mobile phones have created many facilities, audiovisual communication is one of the main advantages of them. We can also use our mobile phone in most places even when we are far from cities.
Today Mobile phones are not limited to be a communication tool, there are a lot more. There are many facilities and tools available via them. Many items that make your everyday life, work, social life so easy and in a better quality. First of all via internet connection you can browse the web and find the answer to any question, learn anything you like and connect with your friends via social networks. Secondly, by having your mobile phone, you don’t need a notebook, a clock, a calendar or calculator to carry with yourself. In the end, mobile phone today is a source of many games that can provide fun and entertainment for their users. These were some of the advantages of the mobile phone, and still many remained.
To conclude, I think a mobile phone is the most important invention of nowadays, that has affected people’s life significantly. Although there may exist some harmful effects, the benefits are so many, that there is no place to talk about the negative points.

Companies involve employees in decision making

While many companies try to involve employees in all decisions, there are many companies that limit all significant meetings to the top level authority in the company and they make the decision for all related issues to a company without asking the suggestion and feedback of employees. I think to be successful in the competitive market today companies require to ask for the cooperation of all members of their community to reach to the highest degree of advancement.

First of all, by involving employees in decision making in an organization, the company respect its members and use each idea for the benefit of the company in the best way. In fact, human resources are the most valuable property of a company and the company is successful if using its human source usefully. As each person in a company has his own knowledge and experience, involving them in the discussions and decision making in a company is the best way of respecting and valuing human resource, as people feel dependent on a company and also try to work better by asking for their ideas and cooperation in decision making process in their responsibilities.

Secondly, a company needs some people from inside to know the strengths and weaknesses. The employees are in contact with all small to big tasks in the company and know many bottleneck and challenges that the top management would never be aware of them. Therefore an intelligent manager tries to use this valuable information presented by its employees to find the problems and solutions and lead the company toward its goals.

To conclude, I think cooperation of all members in a hierarchy in a company from top to down is essential for being successful in the modern economy and market. each opinion presented by an employee is so valuable, in addition, human resource management require a company attempt to motivate the employees by giving them the sense of respect and importance, and this may happen by involving in the company ‘s decision making processes.

There is a challenge whether learning a new language at an early age is helpful for children or not

Learning a foreign language at early ages or later when your child has grown up is a challenge for most parents. There are many advantages in learning a foreign language when a child is in primary school and I am in favor of the earlier age for starting this process.

based on the researches by oxford language department in 2015, The children who had started learning a language other than their native language under the age of 15, had prominent results in their success and mastery of learning a foreign language. Their research results showed although children after the age of 15 could learn grammar of the new language better or even memorize more advanced vocabularies, their ability to speak the new language was so limited and weak. On the other hand, the child who had started learning a foreign language at the ages of 5 to 7 had a surprising skill in communication with using the new language.

The result of studies by different language academics has proved that the earlier the children start learning a language the better he can speak that language, and adults or older children who started a learning process of language upper than 15 years old had difficulty in mastering the new language. They believe the reason is the capacity of the brain for keeping the knowledge of a language and using it. In younger children, they have more capacities for learning a new skill and knowledge such as speaking a language.

Although all studies results lead to start learning a new language in early ages, we should not forget that the proper methods should be used for teaching a foreign language to a child. If the inappropriate methodology is used for training children in this issue, it will lead to many deficiencies in learning the correct grammar and pronunciation that will last forever, and correcting it may need so much effort.

To conclude, learning a foreign language in earlier ages has many advantages that outweigh starting it later. Parents should apply the updated standard and guidelines and to help their children learn a new language.

 

Learning more than a language

It is argued that knowing more than a language can be beneficial and even necessary for all people. I do agree with this statement as there are many advantages in speaking in a few languages or at list speak a dominant language such as English.

For many people around the world, language is not the native language but children learn English as a second language in their school. Learning an international language such as English can have many benefits. First of all it the language of science and technology. On the other hand, it is necessary if you want to do international business and at last, it can be helpful if you are traveling around the world, as it is spoken and used in many countries.

Learning at least another language can also have many benefits for self-development. Those who know a language in addition to their mother tongue would have more opportunities to find a job and can have communication with a wider range of cultures, they will also have more confident as they are independent in their trips.

To conclude, I think learning a few languages is an advantage for people as provide a communication tool that may have many results such as more option to find a job, specially in other countries. On another hand, it is helpful for people to do business internationally or be connected with the researchers on their interested field of research.
