Many companies make use of their human resources in the companies important decisions. I think this is a cooperative approach toward employees and it can motivative them to be more active in their activities and make them feel positive about their job and company and all these positive feelings will result in many improvements for an organization.

First of all, by asking employees opinions on different issues, a company will make use of the employee's knowledge and experience and it is so valuable for a company as it can have many advisors instead of one or two in the companies projects and strategies. On the other hand,  instead of ideas by a few in management community of an organization, a company can benefit from the ideas of many.

Secondly, involving human resources in a company organization, improve the self-esteem and confidence among employees, they feel useful and valuable for a company, it is also a kind of respect to them by asking their opinions on different issues related to the companies decision. All these positive feeling created in employees result in more hard-working people who are supporting their organization wholeheartedly.

In conclusion, involving employees in decision making is respecting the organization members and make use of human resources as valuable sources of knowledge and experience in a company, that all lead to improvement in a company.
